For over 60 years, turkeys have been at the heart of what we do. What began six decades ago has grown into a business built on experience, dedication and a genuine passion for producing and supplying quality turkeys. Over the years, we have learnt that great turkeys come from taking pride in every part of the process, from the care of the birds through to the moment they arrive on your table.
As the business moves into its next chapter, we are proud to have partnered with a fellow turkey producer who shares our commitment to quality and high standards. While our trusted partner now takes care of raising and producing the turkeys, we remain closely involved in selecting and supplying them to our customers.
All of our Birds are slow growing breeds and traditionally reared in the heart of the countryside. The birds are all dry plucked by hand and carefully stored in refrigeration for at least 7-10 days to ensure maximum flavour and texture.
For us, this is about more than simply selling turkeys. It is about continuing a tradition that has been part of our lives for 60 years, working with people we trust and offering our customers a product that we are genuinely proud to put our name to.
